Cooper tried solid food for the first time this week.
Though not completely thrilled at first, he did get the hang of it. We have a great video of his reaction to the first spoonful - we just have to figure out how to upload the footage from the new video camera to the Mac. It is a work in progress.
We decided to go with organic baby food. Earths Best, Happy Baby, Tasty Baby, and Gerber even has an organic line of products now. We have purchased brown rice cereal, and Stage 1 sweet potatoes, peas, and carrots. We are supposed to only introduce one food at a time and stick with it for a few days to make sure Cooper doesn't have any sort of allergy. Last week? Sweet potatoes. All clear! This week we move on to peas. We have a feeling he is going to do well with food.
