Where Did The Water Go?

As we walked towards this water play area, Cooper started giggling uncontrollably due to his excitement when he saw the kids running around in this "jumping fountain" kind of thing. He couldn't wait to get out of the stroller and run around in the water.
Trying to figure things out.
Gaining more and more confidence.
He was getting a bit closer to the streams.
